The Gender-Inclusive Community Group is an open and inclusive group for all gender-diverse folks (whether you identify as trans, nonbinary, or are currently questioning your gender identity) ages 18+ and seeking support or connection. We discuss a variety of topics, such as transitioning, social pressures, and life in general.
Our Community Group is not a therapy group or a crisis intervention group, but rather a peer support group.
If you need therapy resources, please contact info@gendernexus.org to get connected with one of our care coordinators.
If you need crisis response, please contact the Trans Lifeline at 877-565-8860 or www.translifeline.org, walk into the nearest emergency room, or contact 911.
We meet every Wednesday from 6:30-8:30pm on Zoom.
New members are always welcome to join us for any of our meetings. For those interested, there is a new member orientation on the first Wednesday of each month from 6:00-6:30pm at the same zoom link noted above. This orientation is an opportunity to learn more about our group and ask any questions if that helps you feel more comfortable joining our regular meetings.
If you have questions, reach out to our group facilitators at groups@gendernexus.org.
